Healthy Living - Where to start?

I don't know if anyone will ever read this, but if somebody does then this may be the first time you are reading about information regarding alternatives to mainstream medical care. Let me say, this is the first and most important step to living a healthy life and overcoming chronic pain or sickness - taking responsibility for your own health and educating yourself. The second most important thing to remember is that change does not come about quickly. If you try to change everything in your life at once, you will quickly become overwhelmed. Start slowly.

OK, so now what? Let me first suggest you purchase the book "Natural Cures They Don't Want you to Know About" by Kevin Trudeau and read it. If you can't afford it, go to the library and get it. His second book "More Natural Cures Revealed" is also very handy as he gives specific products and websites to begin buying healthy products for you and your family. But remember, start out slowly, try to do just a few things he recommends and add to it over time.

I will quickly summarize some key points to achieve maximum wellness as presented in Kevin Trudeau's books:

1. You must stop putting toxins into your body - this includes what you eat, the medications you take, the things you drink, etc.
2. You must clean out the toxins that have accumulated in your body
3. You must address and handle your nutritional deficiencies
4. You must reduce stress
